	Owners of cabins and other unoccupied property are often faced with a dilemma: how can they be sure their property remains in good condition when they are unable to inspect and maintain it?
	Climatic conditions often cause much damage to property, even the most secure.
	With our random inspections the property owner can have serenity and enjoy time away from their property.

	Cabin Check uses modern technology (bar codes, scanners and modems) to assist us in validating our inspections and to generate timely reports.
	Coordinators/inspectors are local residents so they are aware of local climatic conditions that could be detrimental to your property.
	Local Coordinators/inspectors are knowledgeable about changes in area zoning and other governmental decrees that could affect your property.
	Cabin Check personnel are area residents and their close proximity enables them to be the key holder for owners with security systems installed.
	Cabin Check personnel are experienced in handling unique situations that require prompt rectification.
	Save money! With the soaring gasoline prices a round trip drive of 200 miles costs almost twice as much as our inspections (average mileage [25]and gasoline estimated at $2.75 per gallon).

Here is how it works:

After signing up for our inspection service:

	Cabin Check coordinator contacts you to find out the best service for your needs and to go over inspection details.
	A bar code is conveniently placed for scanning
	Semimonthly (or other--custom plan) inspections commence October 15 (or other date)
	Temporary minor repairs are made as necessary
	Problems or potential problems are immediately brought to your attention
	Inspection reports are either mailed, e-mailed or faxed to you after each inspection

Cabin Check’s Inspection Plans and Cost:

Standard Plan: Semimonthly external inspections commencing October 15 and ending April 15. Seasonal cost (12 inspections) $190

Standard Plan Plus: Semimonthly external and internal inspections commencing October 15 and ending April 15. Seasonal cost (12 inspections) $215

Custom Plan: A variable inspection plan that fits your specific needs. Cost is determined by coordinator during the introductory visit.

Key Holder: 2 trips to the property when alarm indicates a problem. Cost is $100/year-August to August. Additional trips are $30 plus 0.48 cents per mile round trip.

Emergency Inspection: A one time visit: $30 plus 0.48 cents per mile round trip.
