How it works

A coordinator contacts you to determine the right service and review inspection details.

You and Cabin Check sign a contract outlining obligations; all information is strictly confidential.

Standard plans run October 15 through April 15; custom plans follow your schedule.

Minor temporary repairs are made as necessary, with your prior approval.

Problems or potential problems are brought to your attention immediately.

Reports are mailed, emailed, or sent via smartphone after each inspection.
Key holder / emergency check
Security companies recommend that a person with a key be available to provide access for authorized personnel if the alarm goes off. We provide that service.
- A local, qualified person at your property to allow authorized people entry.
- A person to reset the alarm after it is activated.

Key Holder Service
$150
August to August. Includes two trips to your property. Additional trips: $50 plus $0.75 per mile round trip.
Emergency Inspection

Per inspection, plus $0.75 per mile round trip.
