Standard Inspection Plan$420 — 12 external semi-monthly random inspections, October 15 to April 15.
Standard Plus Inspection Plan$480 — 12 external/internal semi-monthly random inspections, October 15 to April 15.
Custom Inspection PlanPrice and number of inspections determined by your needs with your area coordinator.
Home Watch Solutions: Plan A$45 per inspection. For snowbirds, vacationers, and long absences.
Home Watch: Plan B$45/hour, up to 8 hours. For short-term family events.
Key Holder Service$150, August to August. Includes 2 trips. Additional trips $50 plus $0.75 per mile round trip.
Emergency Inspection$60 per inspection plus $0.75 per mile round trip.
